Our mission is to support you to make change happen! Whether you are looking to make a personal change or you are facing a big organisational change, Stag is here to help.
For any change to be effective, there has to be a commitment from the individuals involved to go on the journey; that's why we believe in keeping things simple, effective and people-focussed. And fun wherever possible! We don't come with a methodology that we shoe-horn into your organisation, and we won't spend hours and hours creating loads of heavy documentation that nobody ever really reads. We spend our time on the things that matter most - listening, understanding, asking the right questions and engaging people with the change you are trying to make. We also believe in passing on our knowledge; building the capability of your leaders and managers to lead and support their teams through change, creating an environment where well managed change is the norm rather than a big, scary event that you "do" from time to time!
How can we support you?
We provide three main services at Stag, but we don't believe in selling "out of the box" services. An Electrician wouldn't tell you what you needed him to do or decide what tools to use before they came to size up the job, so why should we?! We get to know you and the change you want to make, and design a package together and select the tools we'll need to get the outcome you're looking for.
Individual Change
You could be looking to make a career change, or could have made a change and want some support to navigate it. We use profiling tools and coaching to help you unlock the answers that you have inside you.
Organisational Change
Whether you're making a systems change, transforming your operations or you are embarking on a cultural change, we can help you navigate the strategy, engagement, co-creation and comms needed
Leadership Development
Does change always feel difficult? Do your leaders and managers understand how people experience change? We develop and coach leaders and managers to understand how to create the conditions for change to happen whilst supporting their teams
